Played two rounds with clubs, 7 iron black is completely off and going away on other clubs. Screw on the end is cheap glue that is wearing off, again have swung these clubs maybe 20 times. Quality is unfortunately poor.

The Shipping was way quicker than I excepted which I'm happy about. My clubs came in today, packaging was great, Takomo also threw in a towel and a hat with my order too. Everything I have to say is positive about the clubs and the company.

These irons have met all expectations with its superb performance. I had ordered the original Takomo 101's one week before the new lineup was released. I was SO upset with Takomo for not making the new release public or I would've waited. Takomo tried to help me out but my custom order was already being built so I was screwed. However, today I was able to use them at my home course Trackman simulator (I live in Minnesota and there's over a foot of snow covering the state) and loved them. The irons were just as ordered (1/2" short, 2˚ flat with Midsize grips) and performed just as I had hoped! Cannot wait for Spring and golf on the course!! A must-have for those who value quality.

These are my very first set of brand new irons and I have to say I'm extremely happy with the quality, was abit skeptical being a DTC, but after testing the OG 101 7 iron on Tuesday all that faded away.

Only downside was when I ordered my clubs the shafts I ordered were in stock, when checking my order status a week later it said they were out of stock and my order wouldn't be coming when it was meant to, emailed a few times with no answer.

If I genuinely had know there was a MK2 coming out I wouldn't have ordered the OG line up, but I feel like the OG look is just slightly better looking.

Received these faster than anticipated. They are solid, stylish, and I'm eager to put them through their paces on the course.

Bought the 101 and Skyforger 002 wedges. These clubs are great and I have no regrets. As a low single hcpper turning 60, I wanted better distance and higher landing angle, and my current Mizunos JPX of 5 years was not going to fit going forward. Played forged irons all my life and was apprehensive at first but prices of a new set irons from the established manufacturers was just too high. So decided to try out the 101s (even though the fitting tool recommended 201s and was pleasantly surprised. Although not comparable to a forged feel, it was acceptable and the gains in distance and height was worth it. Slight swing adjustment is needed though due to the greater offset. I bought the head only as the stock KBS did not fit my profile. I wouldn't say the 101 are suitable only for high handicappers - if you are older and need certain flight characteristics, you can play these irons too. As for the skyforger wedges, they are just as good as the vokeys which I have been playing the last 30 years.

What an amazing iron set these are , I seen such an impressive improvement immediately, at the price they are they work amazing and look great doing it . I recommend to anybody seeking an improvement iron .

I ordered the 101's, and to be honest I was a little skeptical. I had been using Titleist irons, and they were doing the trick. At least I thought. I was recommended to try these 101's, as I wanted new irons to start my golf journey. I am only 3-4 months into my golf journey, and have never had new clubs. So I pulled the trigger on these. My coach was very excited to see the Takomo's and feel them himself. They arrived!! Packaged individually so nice. It arrived with a hat and a towel. A nice little thank you from Takomo. I love the look of them. I got the 101's with midgrip. I am right handed. Went straight to the range and, HOLY SMOKES!! Hit the best I have ever hit with my 7 iron. I noticed right away how much more forgiving they are. I get it. I am a beginner, but they just felt. . . GOOD! Instantly I was floored with my purchase. Didn't end there. Grabbed my PW. Bam!! I'm like what is happening! I am hitting great. They sound so good. Thank you Takomo. I highly recommend if you are starting out like me. They feel good. They look good. I am excited to excel my game.

P. S. I love the feel so much, I ordered a 54 and 58 in the Skyforger wedges. Can't be more excited to have a stellar bag.
