Shipping policy
We offer worldwide shipping via courier. The delivery method will vary on your location, but in most cases, we ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. We will provide a tracking code for each shipment as soon as the order has been picked up for delivery by the courier.
Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page based on your location.
The application of duties and taxes depends on the destination country as follows:
- All taxes and duties are included in orders shipped to the EU, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
- Taxes and duties are included on orders to the US, but State and County tax is added at checkout based on the shipping address.
- Taxes and duties are included on orders to Canada, but provincial tax is added at checkout based on the shipping address.
- For customers in Gibraltar, Iceland, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, South Africa, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates, taxes and duties can be paid either at checkout or upon delivery. These charges are calculated based on your shipping address. Choosing to prepay taxes and duties at checkout helps ensure smoother customs clearance and faster delivery.
- For all other countries, taxes and duties are collected upon delivery in accordance with local customs regulations.
Shipping times vary depending on location and the courier company, although most deliveries are completed within five business days from the time of dispatch across the majority of regions.
