I watched a ton of video's on the 101T irons. I was interested in them right away when advertised as a club designed for a golfer with an experienced swing. It's true! Don't let the slightly smaller club head deter you from the quality of this club. They are accurate and they feel great off the club head.

I ordered mine on a Friday afternoon and they were at my house the following Tuesday. Shot my first round with them today and shot a 78. I am completely happy with them.

Im adding a photo of just the test at the range with the 7 iron before I used the entire set. Granted this is off a mat, even off the toe there is forgiveness and feel. And yes the ball marks wipe off with ease.

I ordered the custom 101Ts. I did the fitting online with measurements. At first I was a bit skeptical of all the youtuber reviews but I took a shot & wow am I surprised. They did take 6-8 weeks to get together but I got to try them today and they are amazing. I have zero complaints, they feel great and look good as well & they fly. Honestly I had a tough time hitting them wrong. Can't wait to go out and use them again.

After playing wedges for one season, I chose the 101T with the Obsidian shaft. Great combination! As a mid-20 handicapper, I am blown away by these irons. They look absolutely stunning! They feel solid with a soft touch – not really "buttery," but definitely soft for a hollow-body design. The ball flight is perfect for my 75–80 mph swing, and I'm gaining distance effortlessly. At the same time, they are also controllable in terms of distance.
The irons were built to my specifications and delivered very quickly. All in all, I am very satisfied! The service from Takomo is absolutely fantastic, and I believe I've found my golfing home here.

I bought the 101T club heads and had them fitted with my preferred shafts. Shipping was swift, with the heads well-packed. After testing on both the range and the course, their performance was top-notch. They offer consistent ball flight and are easy to control, with minimal shot dispersion. I became very interested in these clubs playing with a friend. However, I was unsure about custom fitting online being that I wanted STIFF graphite shafts after playing Adam's irons years ago with graphite….

I had Callaway Maverick irons but they weren't as workable as I like…

After finding literally NO reviews about the Takomo Obsidian shafts, I figured if they were turning out quality irons, they would have to have good shafts….

So I decided to go for it and I went through the custom fit process, and when I got to the end I kept everything recommended for my fit except the KBS shafts. I went with the Obsidian 115g Stiff shafts…

I can feel the club head more with the graphite, and my swing is more consistent with longer distance. These shafts are slick, slick, slick on these irons! As good as your top brands. Graphite in irons will soon take the golf world by storm. These shafts are as good as you'll get for a price you cannot beat. I would recommend the 115g if you have a faster swing. Thanks Takomo! Ordered a Customized order of 101Ts , Turnaround time was faster than advertised as I received My order in 5 weeks as opposed to the 6-10 week estimate when the order was placed. Irons are really easy to hit and the ball comes off the face really well and is not as loud as some other hollow bodied clubs I had hit in the past, My +.5 in shaft lengths and 2 degree upright heads all measured perfectly at receipt. I am getting good launch from the obsidian Takomo graphite shafts I chose and the ball flight is consistent and getting the stock yardages I normally hit with really good spin rates. These custom 101Ts can go toe to toe with any players distance club I have ever hit , In summary I am very happy with the choice of putting Takomo 101Ts in the bag . Let's catch Wes!!!
