One-year warranty

We want you to enjoy your new golf equipment worry-free, so every purchase is backed by a 1-year warranty. You're covered for issues beyond normal wear and tear, including defects and quality control issues and also damage in transit.

30-day returns

You may return stock products or heads-only orders within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Customized products cannot be returned.

The eligible products must be unused and in their original packaging, with the exception of the stock 7-iron which can be played to test an iron set.

If you decide to return any product, you will be refunded for the cost of the goods, but shipping fees are on you.

We offer worldwide shipping via courier. On average, most deliveries are completed within five business days from the time of dispatch across the majority of regions. We will provide a tracking code once the order has been picked up for delivery by the courier.

Orders are dispatched from our US, Hong Kong or EU warehouse, depending on the final destination. The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on your address.
