Who’s eligible to enter the raffle?
Pretty much anyone. It’s a global thing. Takomo employees and their family members are excluded, though. You know, hygiene.
How do you define who gets the black bag and who gets the off-white bag?
The winners will be selected randomly. So no, you don't get to pick which one you win if you win. But rest assured, both of them are so nice that your friends will be asking about them.
If I win, do I really get to choose the embroidery?
Kinda! We can add your name or initials to personalize the bag. If you are thinking to stitch something else, well, you can ask, but no guarantees.
Please note that images of the embroidery are digital mockups, and the final embroidery may vary slightly in placement or size.
Can I improve my chances by entering multiple times?
You get one ticket per address. We don't blame you if you subscribe with your personal address and your work address to keep extra up-to-date with all things Takomo.
Do I have to buy something to win?
Nope. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying extra gear won’t increase your chances of winning. It’s all down to luck!
Do I have to pay shipping or taxes if I win?
The shipping costs are on us! The tax implications depend on local tax laws. If required by the law, the winner is responsible for informing the authorities and paying related taxes.
When does the raffle end?
We accept entries between March 30 – April 13, 2026. The raffle ends at 7:00 PM EET.
How do you announce the winners?
We will contact both winners via email to agree on the embroidery. We will also announce in social media that the raffle has ended and the emails have been sent out. We will not post the names of the winners publicly.
Important! If we don’t hear back from a winner in 30 days, we will spin the wheel of fortune again and someone else will win the bag.
