Shipping and returns
We offer worldwide shipping via courier. The delivery method will vary on your location, but in most cases, we ship via FedEx or UPS. We will provide a tracking code for each shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page based on your location.
Import duties and taxes are included in the pricing for orders going to the EU and US. Please note that there might be additional import duties and taxes for other regions.
We usually assemble the clubs for each order. That’s why our handling time is usually between 5-10 days. Shipping times vary on your location, but they are usually under 5 business days.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Return policy for iron sets
The full set of irons must be returned. You are allowed to use the 7 iron as a test club, but it can not be damaged. In order to receive a refund, the rest of the irons must be returned unused and in brand new condition.
Any custom-built sets of irons or custom iron heads are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Original shipping charge not included in the refund.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
